Enhance your training at the NLDC Summer Intensive.

*Mandatory for NLDC Company dancers.

Featuring diverse class offerings, illustrious faculty, and a location in the heart of the Rochester, NY’s dance scene, NLDC Summer Intensive is an elite program for enhancing your dance training this summer. The program consists of five days offering dancers ages 12-18 the opportunity to strengthen their technique and cultivate personal artistry in an exciting, challenging, and nurturing environment.

Each day, dancers will engage in a variety of styles with NLDC faculty and guest teachers. Participants are surrounded by aspiring dancers who work with each other to develop friendships and connections to last a lifetime.

9:00 AM - 9:50 AM - WARM UP/CONDITIONING

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM - CLASS #1

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM - CLASS #2

12:00 PM - 12:40 PM - LUNCH (BRING YOUR OWN)

12:40 PM - 1:00 PM - WARM UP

1:00 PM - 1:45 PM - CLASS #3

1:45 PM - 2:30 PM - CLASS #4

2:30 - 3:00 PM - COOL DOWN/STRETCH

Studio Showcase Performance:

Share what you’ve learned with your family and friends! An informal showcase will be live-streamed for everyone to enjoy on the last day of the intensive.

We will have the ability to accommodate a small live audience in the dance studio
